Louis
The rooms at Hotel Eterna Primavera Antigua were cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved having 24-hour room service and the free WiFi was a huge plus. The complimentary bottled water and free toiletries were a nice touch too. With the LED television and the private bathroom, it felt like I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Personally, I found the showers to be a bit small. But hey, that's just me!

Stayed in the heart of a noisy city, enjoyed the lovely terrace and garden while sipping coffee. Room service was prompt, although the WiFi was slightly unreliable.
Couldn't sleep due to the hotel's alleged ancient burial ground. Lovely touch to build on sacred land!

I recently stayed at Eterna Primavera for a few nights during my visit to this charming city. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location near the main square was excellent, providing easy access to the park and shopping areas. One of the best things about the hotel was that it was away from the noisy bars and clubs, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious, with cooked-to-order options. But what really stood out to me was the beautiful old restored Hacienda building with its amazing hanging gardens inside. It was a pleasant surprise and added an extra touch of magic to my stay. As I watched the sun go down from the rooftop terrace, I couldn't help but appreciate the stunning views of the volcanoes. I highly recommend Eterna Primavera to anyone visiting Antigua.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean place with incredible views and perfect and exceptionally nice location on top of ruins. Nicely furnished room, extremely comfy bed and quiet in the evenings. Tiled private bathroom.
Absolutely rude staff!

Fairly clean hotel, stylish rooms, peaceful and best possible location to the restaurant she recommended. Location so close to Center square as well as all the restaurants and shops. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Condesa nearby. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Had nicely furnished and well-kept room usd 84 with comfortable beds, very tasteful furniture plus fan. The location was comfortable, for example, Antigua Guatemala was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel is good, close to the central park, restaurants and cafés, making it very convenient. The rooms are large and well appointed with products and a hair dryer. The bathroom has stone tile and incredible water pressure in the shower. The hotel also has very tasteful furniture and comfortable beds.
The rooms are not well sound insulated, which means you can hear your neighbors at night.

This hotel is built on top of ruins which gives the location a unique charm. The room was clean and the breakfast had a good variety. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. They have leisure facilities like a pool and a gym, which we found very convenient as we had an early start the next day.
The Wi-Fi connection was weak.
